- Investigator meetings have been scheduled to bring investigators, sub-investigators and study coordinators together to review the processes and procedures for conducting the study

Referral
- As a recruitment strategy, the study investigator may approach other physicians for referral
On-site Visits
- Booster visits may be conducted on site by the medical monitor, project manager and CRAs visiting sites participating on this study for face to face discussion in order to boost recruitment
