- Coordination and conduct of comprehensive project kickoff meeting with study team
- Project plan development
- Protocol and other training materials development and conduct
Project Reporting and Oversight:
- Management of project timelines and planned budget
- Study tracking and weekly/biweekly reporting throughout project duration
- Executive-level account oversight
Vendor Mobilization and Management:
- Vendor qualification, selection, contracting, and payment administration
- End-to-end management of critical study vendors (e.g. EDC and Biostatistics)
